Privacy, in plain English.

What we collect

The Quote Leak Check. The four numbers you type in are worked out right in your browser. We do not receive those numbers, your name or your email until you ask us to send your breakdown. When you do, we receive your email, your first name if you give it, and your results: the time window you picked, how many quotes went quiet and what they are worth, your close rate, the yearly projection, and the pattern your numbers point to. Google Analytics does note that the check was run, as described under Visits below.

Once you have your breakdown, your browser keeps your numbers for that tab, so the page can show the breakdown again if you come back with the Back button. That copy stays on your device and is gone when you close the tab.

Booking a free working session. Calendly collects your name, your email and your answers to its booking questions, and passes them to us so we can prepare.

Buying The Recovery Reset. Square takes the payment. Your card details go to Square, not to us. We receive your name, your email and the order details so we can book your kickoff.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, we keep that conversation so we can answer you.

Visits. Google Analytics counts visits, pages and clicks. It also records that the Quote Leak Check was run and which pattern came up, never your name, your email or your dollar figures. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.

Who helps us handle it

Five companies process information for us, and only to run this site and our services.

• MailerLite sends your breakdown and our emails. A small MailerLite script also runs on some pages of this site.
• Google runs Google Analytics, which measures visits and clicks, and serves the fonts this site uses, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
• Calendly runs our booking calendar.
• Square handles payments.
• Netlify hosts this site and keeps a copy of each Quote Leak Check breakdown request, so we can follow up.

Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Emails and unsubscribing

When you ask for your breakdown, we email it to you with the free Rate Calculator. After that, we may send occasional emails about pricing and quote follow up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you are off the list. Or email us and we will take you off by hand.

Getting your information deleted

Email Rsalvatore@polarisaxis.co and ask. We delete what we hold on our email list, in our form records and in our booking notes, and we tell you when it is done. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. The one exception is a record the law requires us to keep, such as a payment record.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and MailerLite set cookies, and they may collect information about your visits here and on other sites over time. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. This site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.

Everything else

This site is for business owners and is not meant for children. If we change this page, we change the date at the top. Polaris One is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
