The Quote Leak Check
You did not lose every quote you did not win. Some of them just went quiet. Four numbers tell you what that silence is costing you.
No email yet. No download. Just your numbers.
Every quote you sent got a real answer.
Nobody went quiet on you this window. That is rare, and it is worth knowing. Your close rate is still worth a look, so we built the rest of the breakdown around that instead.
Want to know what that number actually means, and what to do about it?
See the full breakdown right here in ten seconds: your close rate, what a year at this pace adds up to, which of three patterns your numbers point at, and the one thing to do Monday. We also email you a copy with the free Hourly Rate Calculator (Excel), so you can check your pricing next.

What a silent pile like this usually means
A quote you lost on price is a real fight, and that is a pricing conversation. A quote that went quiet is not a fight at all. Nobody decided anything. Here are the three things it usually turns out to be, and how to tell which one is yours from your own numbers.
There is no real follow up system, so quotes leave your hand and nothing happens after that unless the customer chases you.
The quote reaches the customer and does not answer the question in their head: why you, why now, why this price.
The leads themselves are the problem: price shoppers, out of area jobs, or work that never matched what you actually do.
This is the backlog, not a routine. Pull every quote from the last ten days that never got a real answer, a yes or a no, and call every one of them this week. Do that once and you already know more than you do right now. Doing it every single day, without having to think about it, is a different thing. That is a system, not a Monday. The 24-Hour Follow-Up System is built to run it for you, and it is the first thing we install in the Recovery Reset.
What is this worth if some of it comes back?
| If one in ten comes back | |
|---|---|
| If one in five comes back | |
| If one in four comes back |
These are not our estimates of what you will recover. They are the math on what one in ten, one in five, or one in four of your own silent quotes would be worth, using your own average job value. Nobody outside your business knows which number is realistic. You do.
Two weeks. Your floor rate is set and your price book is rebuilt on it. The 24-hour follow-up system is installed and running. Your people are trained on it, live. And we have worked your open quote list on the phone together, twice. If any of that is not done at the end of week two, you choose: we keep working at no charge until it is, or we refund the full $1,950.
This assumes three things from you: your pricing and job numbers in week one, access to your open quote list, and you or the person who will own follow-up at both callback blocks. If we are waiting on you, the clock pauses. It picks up where it left off. It does not start over.
Start the 90 Day Operator within 30 days and the full $1,950 counts toward it.
Pay here and we call you within one business day from 561-223-9925 to book your kickoff. If your shop turns out to be outside who we serve, we refund you in full before any work starts.
