Operations consulting, from the first hour to a business that runs.

Three free working sessions a month, three paths after them, and every promise in writing.

Three paths. Each one carries its own promise.

We start almost everyone with the Recovery Reset. If you would rather talk first, the free hour tells you which path fits. Every path carries its own promise in writing, word for word on its card below. We will tell you straight if the honest answer is none of them.

Path 1: The Recovery Reset

What your quotes and your price cost you.
Then we go get it back.

This is where we start almost everyone. Two weeks. We find what your quotes and your pricing are costing you, fix the pricing, and install the system that goes and gets the rest back.

1
Week 1: your real numbers, your follow up, your first callbacks You send your last 12 months of P&L, your current price sheet, a payroll summary, your last 10 invoices, and your open quote list. We build what one truck on the road really costs you per hour, and you sign the baseline. We install the 24-Hour Follow-Up System in your shop. Then the first callback block.
2
Week 2: your new pricing, your team trained You get your floor rate, your price book rebuilt on it, break even math on your top five job types, and a one page script for telling existing customers what changed. We train your team on the follow up system, live. Then the second callback block. On day 14 we walk through all of it together and check it off.
The First Callback Block. You get two, sixty minutes each. In the first, we get on the phone and work your open quote list while you watch. In the second, your person makes the calls and we coach them live. Most consultants hand you a plan. We pick up the phone.
The guarantee. Two weeks. Your floor rate is set and your price book is rebuilt on it. The 24-hour follow-up system is installed and running. Your people are trained on it, live. And we have worked your open quote list on the phone together, twice. If any of that is not done at the end of week two, you choose: we keep working at no charge until it is, or we refund the full $1,950.This assumes three things from you: your pricing and job numbers in week one, access to your open quote list, and you or the person who will own follow-up at both callback blocks. If we are waiting on you, the clock pauses. It picks up where it left off. It does not start over.
$1,950 two weeks, start to finish

Start the 90 Day Operator within 30 days and the full $1,950 counts toward it. Everything we install comes from our own eleven operations documents, seven pricing guides and six calculators.

Path 2: The 90 Day Operator

One decision.
Ninety days to a business that runs.

For the owner who already knows it hurts and wants it fixed. This is the only build we run. One invoice, one start date, coaching the whole way through, and your team trained on it before we hand it back.

1
Weeks 1 to 3: we go inside the business Numbers, crew, workflows, pricing. We find what is costing you money and we put a figure on it.
2
Weeks 4 to 12: we install it SOPs written. Pricing rebuilt. Delegation live. Job costing running. Your team trained on all of it before we hand it back.
The guarantee, in writing. $20,000 delivered in margin improvement or recovered revenue within 90 days, measured against the baseline we sign in week one, or the next month is free until we hit it.
Quoted after your free session, and we only run three of those a month. If you did the Recovery Reset first, the full $1,950 credits forward, as long as you start within 30 days.
Path 3: The C.O.O.

Six months.
An operating partner, not a project.

This is the one for the owner whose real goal is to stop being needed: to take a vacation, hand it to a family member, or position it to sell. For six months we sit in the operating seat with you. Everything in the 90 Day Operator is the foundation, then months four through six go deeper until the systems hold without you in the room.

1
Built, then actually run Pricing, SOPs, delegation, job costing, KPIs, and hiring. Not a report handed off once, but a partner in the business until your managers are running it themselves.
2
Two calls a week with me. A direct line in between. Same day response, most replies inside a few hours. Your managers and key staff get coached directly, not handed a binder. No queue, no ticket, no help desk.
Two clients at a time. That is the cap. This one runs on my personal calendar and there is a hard limit on that. The guarantee scales with it: $75,000 documented inside the six months, or the work continues at no additional charge until it is there.
By application, after the free session. Six months. We hold two of these at a time and no more, because it is the only way the work stays real. When both seats are full the answer is a waiting list, not a faster start. The price is quoted on the call, and only if you ask us for a partner rather than a project.

Not sure which one? That is what the free hour is for. Book it first and decide after. Three a month, and when they are gone they are gone until the first.

A small team that has actually done your job.

You do not get handed to a junior associate with a framework he read about. Every engagement is run by people who have carried the tools, the P&L, or the schedule board themselves.

Founder

I spent 7 years as a licensed HVAC service tech before I ran anything. Then 8 years in operations leadership, where I grew one team 4x and took its billable revenue up 78%. I have been the guy every job stops and waits on. I know what your Monday looks like from the truck and from the office, and that is the seat I sit in on every engagement.

Sales Lead

Our sales lead holds a degree in business administration and finance, and comes from a family of tradesmen. That is why your first conversation with us starts with your numbers. Pricing, margin, and what a job actually costs are the language, not an afterthought.

Operations Lead

Our operations lead spent years as a project manager for an electrical vendor and ran that company's office: scheduling, payroll, the whole back end. Everything we install, this person has already run from inside a contractor. Not observed. Not advised on. Run.

What owners ask before
they book the hour.

Sixty minutes. You talk for the first twenty, we work for the next thirty, and the last ten you get a written roadmap with a dollar figure on each step. You keep it either way. If you want to talk about hiring us, you have to be the one who brings it up.

Owner operated, $500K to $5M a year, 4 to 25 people, and one of eleven trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, general contracting, painting, concrete and masonry, flooring, pool service, appliance repair, or handyman. We are remote first and work with owners anywhere in the lower 48. In person is available if you are within driving distance of South Florida. Past that, the session is the fastest way to find out.

Yes, and it is in writing. On the 90 Day Operator: $20,000 delivered in margin improvement or recovered revenue within 90 days, measured against the baseline we sign in week one, or the next month is free until we hit it. It is the floor, not the ceiling, and it is why we qualify carefully before we take anyone on.

Money you are already generating that never makes it to your account. Underpriced labor, hours nobody billed, scope that crept, jobs that ran long, callbacks you ate. We put a dollar figure on each one, stop the leak, and recover what is still recoverable. On the 90 Day Operator, we measure it against the baseline numbers we sign together in week one.

We start almost everybody with the Recovery Reset. Two weeks, and you walk out with a rate that covers what the work actually costs you, a follow up system running, and your open quotes already called. If you already know what is broken and you want the whole operation rebuilt in one run, the 90 Day Operator does that. We recommend one on the session, based on what you actually tell us.

Sixty minutes on the phone with your open quote list. In the first one, we make the calls while you watch. In the second, your person makes them and we coach live. You get two in the Recovery Reset. Most consultants tell you to follow up. We pick up the phone and do it with you.

A few hours of access to your numbers and your operation in the first week, then we work around your schedule. This gets built WITH you, not to you, and we do the heavy lifting so you are not carving out time you do not have. You are already short on hours. That is the problem we are here to fix.

Yes. It is the one thing we sell straight off the site. Pay, and we call you within one business day to book your kickoff. If your business turns out to be outside who we serve, we tell you on that call and refund you in full before any work starts.

An operations firm built for owner operated trades businesses, nationwide. Shops at your revenue level leave at least $100,000 a year in recoverable margin. We put a number on it, rebuild your pricing, and install the fix with your team. Every path carries its own promise in writing. The Recovery Reset guarantees the work is finished in two weeks. The 90 Day Operator guarantees the result: $20,000 delivered in margin improvement or recovered revenue within 90 days, measured against the baseline we sign in week one, or the next month is free until we hit it.

The working session is free, and we only run three a month. The Recovery Reset is $1,950 for two weeks, with a written completion guarantee printed word for word under Path 1 above. Everything bigger than that gets quoted after the session, because the number depends on your shop: your size, your crew, and how much of it is already written down.

One hour. Free. Three a month.

Bring your real numbers, we do real work, and the roadmap is yours either way. We take three of these a month, so if the calendar is open this month, take it.
